Anthony Wills (1912-1993) was an American painter of Presidents and notable figures. Hand signed by Henry Kissinger under his photo-print of the original painting. This portrait is personalized to David Wills who was Anthony Wills only son. David was a prominent attorney in Houston and past away 10 year ago. Anthony Wills would take David with him to meet the presidents and other distinguished individuals that he had painted and asked that they please autograph they photos to David’s attention.
